If we are not able to personally measure the client, a detailed step by step guide will be sent to the client displaying all measurements needed and how to obtain them. All measurements in the guide are essential to the outcome of your garment.

In the event that any additional alterations are needed after receiving your garment, Crown of wealth will consult with the client for the next steps.

For custom garments it will take up to 5 weeks from the order submission.

We do not issue refunds or reissue packages until claims are settled with the courier. Per our policy we are not responsible for courier shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. We file claims on behalf of customers and can not assume financial responsibility before claims are settled. We refund the amount the courier issues at the time of claim settlement.
